Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from order date. Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our shipping facility 2-4 business days from the order date.

We do not ship on major holidays and weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Estimated arrivals

After the date of purchase, orders are estimated to arrive within 2-7 days depending on geographical locations and the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.

Please expect a slight shipping delay during the months of November, December, January, and February due to an inclement weather, major holidays and our big online sales.

Returns policy

Returns or Refunds

Products have to be new/unopened/unused, to qualify for a return or refund.

Unopened/Unused Products

To receive your product refund, ship the package back to us within 15 calendar days of purchase; major holidays not included. Ship to:

Once we have received your package, products will be inspected to assure they are new/unused. After that we will process your refund. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted. Customers that took and advantage of the free shipping offer, an initial $13.65 shipping fee also will be deducted from the refund, .

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and entered for shipment. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. A $5.00 restocking fee and the initial $13.65 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

After 24 hours, we are not guaranteed to make any address, products, names etc. changes.
